Please select ONE option for all your guests to enjoy. Your guests will not select a menu option, you will be pre selection ONE option for ALL your guests to enjoy.  Chef will create an entree for your GF/Vegan/Vegetarian guests. There is no menu to select from.  Advise number of any special meals

Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free options are available upon request.
Advise the type and number of special meals you require.
The chef will adjust menus for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free dietary requests. Just note what the diet need is and how many guests for that special need and the chef takes care of all for the guests. There is NO Vegan/Vegetarian/GF menu to select from.

Menu details and estimated guest count MUST be finalized by the 10th of the
month prior to your event date, including your wedding cake. Fees may apply for updates and changes after this date.
NO changes 7 days prior to the event.
Final guest count is due 7 days prior to event.

Proteins will remain the same, preparations are subject to seasonal changes
